Every print is made specifically for you, on demand. Because of this, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or change of mind.

Art prints 

Changed your mind? You can return your print within 14 days of receiving it. Just email me at hello@marijnvink.com with your order number, and I'll send you the return address. Please make sure the print is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. Once I receive it back in good condition, I'll refund you within 14 days.

Arrived damaged or defective? Reach out within 14 days at hello@marijnvink.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. I'll take care of it quickly, no return shipping needed, just a replacement on its way.

Original canvas works
Original works are unique, handmade pieces. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons. To exercise this right, contact me within 14 days at hello@marijnvink.com The work must be returned within 14 days of notification, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the work back in good condition.

As all original works are handmade, minor variations in texture, colour and finish are inherent to the nature of the work and are not considered defects.

Workshop kits & digital lessons
Your digital lesson is available immediately upon purchase. By accessing the download, you agree that the right of withdrawal for the digital content expires at that moment. The physical workshop kit can be returned unused and unopened within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
