Shipping policy

 

Production
Every print is made specifically for you, on demand. Production takes 2–4 business days before your order is shipped.

Delivery times
Netherlands: 1–3 business days after production
Europe: 3–7 business days after production
Rest of world: 5–14 business days after production

Packaging
Every print is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Smaller prints ship flat, larger formats in sturdy triangular tubes with reinforced protection.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Customs & import duties
For orders outside the EU, local customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or incorrect order?
Shipping damage is rare, but if it happens I've got you covered with a 100% quality guarantee. Contact me within 7 days at hello@marijnvink.com with your order number. I'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
